Description:
Union Pacific's 41 local pulls into Provo with an eight car train with a newly installed signal bridge to embrace it. UP 703 was originally built in July 1980 as Missouri Pacific 2203. UPY 566 was C&EI/MP No.1566 built in July 1976. My speculation about UPY 566 is that it was probably only under the Chicago & Eastern Illinois flag for a short time when the Missouri Pacific merged it into its system.
